  • 商品由於手工測量、批次不同或者個人的測量方法標準等原因，可能與您的測量結果略有1-3cm的差異。
  • 商品顏色會因燈光、每台電腦解析度或電話顯示器有別等問題導致色差差異，此類並不屬於商品品質問題，恕本店均不能退換。對顏色較敏感的顧客，請您確認可接受再作訂購。
  • 本店貨品均由實物拍攝，如與您的期望不一／不喜歡／和照片感覺不一樣／尺寸不合適／貨品自身氣味，恕本店均不能退換。
  • 減價活動的商品，不設退換。
  • 如本店收到寄回的貨品，而該貨品不合符退貨政策內的細則，本店有權向客人取回換貨的運費並以到付形式寄回原有貨品。

退貨流程

  1. 如客人收到的貨品後發現破損或與訂單不符，請立刻拍照並於48小時內聯絡我們。
  2. 請客人寄回貨品到門市，我們將會承擔來回運費。
  3. 本店收到貨品後，將聯絡客人，如有現貨，我們會在收到貨品後，3日內把貨品重新寄出;如貨品缺貨需要訂貨，我們會於7-21日把貨品重新寄出。

（如貨品已經缺貨，可以選擇換購產品價格或以上的商品 ，如多出差額需補回額數；或要求該貨品全數退款。並向客服提供帳號資料。其餘情況不接受任何退款/換款。）

Showroom自取

* 由於公司門市存放位置有限，客人請於收到到貨通知後的 30天內到門市自取貨件。

* 取件時請檢查清楚，貨物出門，恕不退換 。

* 如自取貨品超過30天沒領取，訂單會作廢、不設退款或補領。

產品訂購風險
1.  請客人在訂購前考慮及了解以下的風險：

   - 訂貨不是100%成功訂到貨，供應商停產；

   - 商品超出承諾日期到貨；

  您可換購產品價格或以上的商品 ，如多出差額需補回額數；或要求該貨品全數退款。

**如客人因貨品斷貨/商品超出承諾日期到貨而選擇退款，退款後未達優惠條件（包括折扣優惠或滿額包運），客人將無法享用該優惠喔**

 2.  商品顏色會因燈光、每台電腦解析度或電話顯示器有別等問題導致色差差異，此類並不屬於商品品質問題，恕本店均不能退換。對顏色較敏感的顧客，請您確認可接受再作訂購。

 3.  本店貨品均由實物拍攝，如與您的期望不一／不喜歡／和照片感覺不一樣／尺寸不合適／貨品自身氣味，恕本店均不能退換。

 5.  韓國貨品訂購後7-21個工作天內寄出。現貨訂購後1-3個工作天內寄出。

 6.  清洗方式須知

     - 深色和淺色衣物必須分開洗滌

     - 建議人手用冷水洗滌以保持衣服最佳狀態

     - 麻棉、Tweed、羊毛質料的衣服不可以機洗

     - 任何衣服經洗滌後均有機會 縮水／褪色

*衣服經清洗後出現縮水／褪色／損毀恕不作退換*

 7.  由於手工測量、批次不同或者個人的測量方法標準等原因，可能與您的測量結果略有1-3cm的差異。

 8.  輕微瑕疵恕無法受理退換貨申請，如勾線、混雜不同顏色的線、線頭、小痕積、車線輕微不對稱等在國際驗貨標準屬於可接受範圍，均不設退換。

本店所有相片均由 ZANS 實物拍攝及擁有，未經本店授權，不得轉載到其他任何的平台。
